Arthur G. Altschul, Jr.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Altschul, Jr. is Chairman and Chief Executive of Overbrook Management Corporation and a representative of Overbrook's founding family. Mr. Altschul has over 30 years of experience in asset management and investment banking, having worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., the Maximus Fund, LP and Morgan Stanley & Co. He serves on the board of directors of General American Investors, Inc., The Overbrook Foundation, and the Child Mind Institute.
Mr. Altschul holds a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University.
Richard Zenker
President
Mr. Zenker joined Overbrook in 2003 and is President. He is responsible for all aspects of the Firm's relationships with current and prospective clients. He is also responsible for screening alternative investment opportunities. Prior to joining the Firm, he held senior positions in private wealth management, finance, and taxation at Thomas Weisel Partners, Royal Bank of Canada and Kidder, Peabody & Co.
Mr. Zenker holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Cum Laude, and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
Frank Siciliano
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer
Mr. Siciliano joined Overbrook Management Corporation in 2013 and is the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to joining Overbrook, he was Controller at Baron Capital Group, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Prior to joining Baron Capital, he spent 11 years at EisnerAmper LLP ending his tenure as a Senior Manager.
Mr. Siciliano holds a BS in Accounting from St. John's University.
Christine Munn
Managing Director
Mrs. Munn joined Overbrook in 2009. She is part of the wealth management team responsible for investments and client account management for the Firm's separately managed accounts as well as business development for the Firm. Prior to joining Overbrook, Mrs. Munn held senior positions at Kidder Peabody, MB Investment Partners and UBS.
Mrs. Munn holds a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University and an MIA from Columbia University.
Jonathan Shaban, CFA
Vice President
Mr. Shaban joined Overbrook in 2023 as a Vice President. He is part of the wealth management team responsible for investments and client account management for the Firm's separately managed accounts. Prior to joining Overbrook, Mr. Shaban spent over 6 years at Bank of America Private Bank, ending his tenure as a Portfolio Management Senior Associate.
Mr. Shaban holds a BS & BA in Finance & Economics from Stony Brook University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Truman Hobbs, CFA
Senior Research Analyst
Mr. Hobbs joined Overbrook in 2022 as a Senior Research Analyst. Prior to joining Overbrook, Mr. Hobbs spent over 3 years at Boyar Value Group, as an Analyst doing generalist equity research. During his time at Boyar, Mr. Hobbs published regularly in Asset Analysis Focus, Boyar's flagship monthly research publication. Prior to joining Boyar, he spent 3 years as Vice President-Equity Research covering the Exploration & Production sector at Sterne Agee & Leach.
Mr. Hobbs holds a BA in Finance and Spanish from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Ryan Kanaley
Senior Research Analyst
Mr. Kanaley joined Overbrook in 2022 as a Senior Research Analyst. Prior to joining Overbrook, Mr. Kanaley was a Senior Equity Analyst for Seven Canyons Advisors where he covered global equities. He also brings experience from Wasatch Global Investors as an Equity Research Analyst, JR Miller Enterprises Family Office as a Principal on the investment team and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Mr. Kanaley holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS with distinction in Finance from Brigham Young University.
Lloyd Moskowitz
Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary
Mr. Moskowitz joined Overbrook in 2013. In his capacity as Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, Mr. Moskowitz is responsible for the oversight of the Firm's compliance functions and operational due diligence of alternative investment opportunities. Prior to joining Overbrook, Mr. Moskowitz served as Tiger Ratan's Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer (2012-2013). Prior to joining Tiger Ratan, he spent 17 years at Granite Capital International Group (1995-2012), starting as Controller and ending his tenure as Chief Financial Officer, after spending 7 years in that role. Earlier in his career, he was the manager of the fund accounting group at Dubin & Swieca Capital Management (1991-1995) and a Vice President at Lehman Brothers Capital Management (1987-1991).
Mr. Moskowitz holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College, City University of New York.
