Overbrook Management Corporation is an independent SEC-registered investment advisory firm that provides asset management and related services to institutional investors and high net worth individuals.
Overbrook was formed in 1946 by financier Frank Altschul to manage and protect the wealth and financial well-being of the Altschul Family. Over the years, Overbrook's leadership passed to Frank Altschul's son, Arthur Goodhart Altschul, and then to his grandson, Arthur Goodhart Altschul, Jr, who currently serves as Overbrook's Chairman. Overbrook opened its doors in 2002 for the first time to outside investors. In 2012, Andrew J. Goffe, both the founder of Goffe Capital and co-founder of OSS Capital Management, joined Overbrook as its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
Today, the firm remains privately owned and has served four generations of the Altschul family. The firm is dedicated to providing its clients with the highest level of service and investment advice and to helping to manage complex family, estate, and business concerns.
