Andrew J. Goffe
Mr. Goffe is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Overbrook Management Corporation. Prior to joining Overbrook, he founded Goffe Capital, a long/short hedge fund in July 2010. Prior to founding, Goffe Capital, he was a General Partner and Managing Member of OSS Capital Management, a firm he co-founded in November 2001. At OSS, Mr. Goffe co-managed a multi-billion dollar long/short hedge fund focused on undiscovered and underfollowed securities. He was responsible for overall idea generation and portfolio management and oversaw a team of nine investment professionals. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Goffe was a Senior Analyst and Vice President at Emerald Partners, a deep-value oriented $500 million firm. From 1992-1994, Mr. Goffe was a journalist with Mergers & Corporate Policy.

Mr. Goffe holds a BA from Wesleyan University and graduated with High Honors.


Richard Zenker
Mr. Zenker is President of Overbrook Management Corporation. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm's relationships with current and prospective clients. He is also responsible for screening alternative investment opportunities. Mr. Zenker has been with Overbrook since January 2003. Prior to joining the firm, he held senior positions in private wealth management, finance, and taxation at Thomas Weisel Partners, Royal Bank of Canada and Kidder, Peabody & Co.

Mr. Zenker holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Cum Laude, and a MBA from the University of Chicago.


Arthur G. Altschul, Jr.
Mr. Altschul, Jr. is Chairman of Overbrook Management Corporation and a representative of Overbrook's founding family. Mr. Altschul has over 25 years of experience in asset management and investment banking, having worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., the Maximus Fund, LP and Morgan Stanley & Co. He serves on the board of directors of General American Investors, Inc. Mr. Altschul is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Overbrook Foundation, a trustee of The Neurosciences Research Foundation, and serves as a director of the Child Mind Institute.

Mr. Altschul holds a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University.


Brad S. Rosenberg
Mr. Rosenberg is a Managing Director and Director of Research for Overbrook Management Corporation. Prior to joining Overbrook Management, he was a Vice President at Moab Partners, an event-driven, credit and equity hedge fund. Before joining Moab in 2011, Mr. Rosenberg was an equity analyst at MSD Capital, L.P., where he analyzed private and public investments across the energy sectors. From 2003 through 2010, he was a senior analyst at OSS Capital Management where he was a core member of the investment team. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Rosenberg worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. as an analyst in the high yield research and merchant banking groups.

Mr. Rosenberg holds a BS from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with majors in Finance and Accounting.


Milun K. Patel
Mr. Patel is a Managing Director and Senior Analyst for Overbrook Management Corporation. Prior to joining Overbrook Management, he was a Portfolio Manager at KLS Diversified Asset Management, a fixed-income focused hedge-fund where he specialized in high-yield/distressed credit and event-driven equities. From 2009-2014, Mr. Patel was a senior distressed credit-trader at Jefferies Group LLC/Leucadia National Corporation, where he specialized in financial services, consumer/retail and the metals/mining sectors. Prior to 2009, Mr. Patel was a high-yield desk analyst at Bear Stearns and equity analyst at OSS Capital Management. Prior to OSS, Mr. Patel was a senior economic analyst at The Conference Board, where he specialized in analyzing global business cycles and US monetary policy.

Mr. Patel holds a BS in Economics from the Smeal School of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.


Christine Munn
Ms. Munn joined Overbrook Management Corporation as Managing Director in May 2009. She is part of the wealth management team responsible for investments and client account management for the firm's separately managed accounts as well as business development for the firm. Prior to joining Overbrook, Ms. Munn held senior positions at Kidder Peabody, MB Investment Partners and UBS.

Ms. Munn holds a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University and a MIA from Columbia University.


Richard A. Appelgren
Mr. Appelgren joined Overbrook Management Corporation in 2003 and is the Managing Director of Family Office Services. Mr. Appelgren works closely with Overbrook's wealth management clients and oversees an array of financial and concierge services. Prior to joining Overbrook, Mr. Appelgren worked as Manager of Client Relations at Diaz & Altschul Capital Management, a private investment advisory firm. From 2001-2002, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Silverman Capital Management, a biotech focused hedge fund manager. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Appelgren was a professional opera singer, performing at major opera houses and concert venues around the world.

Mr. Appelgren holds an Artist Diploma from Yale University, School of Music, a Master of Music with Distinction from New England Conservatory and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN.


Lloyd Moskowitz
Mr. Moskowitz joined Overbrook Management Corporation in 2013. In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Moskowitz is responsible for the day to day management and oversight of the firm's operational, compliance and support functions. Prior to joining Overbrook Management, Mr. Moskowitz served as Tiger Ratan's Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer (2012-2013). Prior to joining Tiger Ratan, he spent 17 years at Granite Capital International Group (1995-2012), starting as Controller and ending his tenure as Chief Financial Officer, after spending 7 years in that role. Earlier in his career, he was the Manager of the fund accounting group at Dubin & Swieca Capital Management (1991-1995) and a Vice President at Lehman Brothers Capital Management (1987-1991).

Mr. Moskowitz holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College, City University of New York.


Frank Siciliano
Mr. Sicliano joined Overbrook Management Corporation in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Overbrook, Mr. Siciliano was Controller at Baron Capital Group, Inc. from 2010-2013. Prior to joining Baron Capital in 2010, Mr. Siciliano spent 11 years at EisnerAmper,LLP starting as a staff auditor and ending his tenure as a Senior Manager, after spending 5 years in that role.

Mr. Siciliano holds a BS in Accounting from St. John's University.
